Commercial lines CSR
Minimum 5 years experience with commercial lines and have a current active 220 or 440 Florida license
Our ideal candidate will have experience in:
- renewal processing
- taking claims and follow up
- payments, late pay follow up
- certificates of insurance
- processing of paper work for producers and lead commercial lines account manager
- submittal and upload of applications
- premium financing setup
- invoicing
- knowledge of brokerage procedures and renewal/quoting
- general office duties
- excellent organizational and phone skills
- experience with Applied Systems Tam Online and Microsoft Office Suite
Bi-lingual a plus
This is a salaried position with benefits available at 90 days.
Personal lines CSR
Minimum 5 years experience with personal lines insurance.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in:
- renewal processing
- taking claims and follow up
- payments, late pay follow up
- quoting
- cross selling
- Auto, Home, Umbrella, Boat, Inland Marine, Flood
- service of existing personal lines clients
- submittal and upload of applications
- premium financing setup
- invoicing
- knowledge of brokerage procedures and renewal/quoting
- general office duties
- excellent organizational and phone skills
- experience with Applied Systems Tam Online, Applied Rater and Microsoft Office Suite
Bi-lingual a plus
